Elemental Health Coaching and Consulting LLC offers integrative support services that may complement ketamine-assisted treatment (KAT/KAP) in collaboration with a licensed independent medical provider.

Heather Thoma, RN, practices within the scope of a Registered Nurse and does not diagnose, prescribe, or independently determine treatment plans. All medical evaluation, diagnosis, and prescribing are the responsibility of a licensed provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA).

Services may include education, preparation, supportive presence (as permitted), and integration coaching. These services are complementary and do not replace medical or mental health care.
