As a nonprofit organization, we work to expand access to trauma-informed, integrative care while uplifting the providers who make that care possible. Through collaboration, education, and shared purpose, we help build resilient, connected communities.

Who We Are

  • To increase access to trauma-informed, integrative wellness services in rural communities, support underserved populations, and strengthen provider and community resiliency.

  • We envision resilient rural communities where every person has access to holistic wellness, and where those who care for others are supported, connected, and empowered to thrive.

  • We grew organically from years of serving and connecting within our coastal community. What began as a grassroots network of independent providers sharing space, ideas, referrals, and a commitment to whole-person wellness has evolved into a nonprofit with a larger shared purpose. Rooted in the relationships already here, we are building on what has grown naturally—bringing providers, educators, community partners, and neighbors together to expand access to wellness while strengthening the resilience of both those who seek care and those who provide it.

    Registered Nurse

    Integrative nurse health coaching combining trauma-informed care, somatic practices, mindfulness, and movement to support mental wellness, resilience, and meaningful growth.

  • Dr. Tyler-Dawn Browning

    PhD PMHNP

    Integrative psychiatric care exploring root causes and the connections between mind, body, spirit, lifestyle, trauma, and environment. BEE—Balance Energetic Exchange—reflects a collaborative approach to healing where science and magic meet.

  • Jacob

    Licensed Professional Counselor

    Approaches therapy with the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. His work honors each person's capacity to make meaningful choices, providing a supportive therapeutic relationship where clients can explore challenges, develop insight, and move toward the lives they want to create.

  • Jamie Mayo

    PhD PMHNP

    Through Sulis Mind and Body, she combines evidence-informed psychiatric care with a whole-person perspective, creating space for individualized treatment, deeper understanding, and meaningful healing.

    With years of experience in Functional Medicine, Kelly Fletcher is passionate about helping women regain control of their health and vitality. As a dedicated advocate for holistic wellness, Kelly specializes in addressing hormonal imbalances, weight challenges, and sustainable lifestyle changes.

    Affirming, individualized therapy specializing in autism, LGBTQ+ care, and EMDR, supporting clients in understanding themselves, processing experiences, and healing in ways that honor their identities.

  • Heather Thoma

    FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

    Brings 15 years of nursing experience spanning mental health, healthcare leadership, quality improvement, and community-based wellness. As founder and Executive Director, she leads the Collective’s strategic vision, organizational development, partnerships, and efforts to expand access to integrative wellness while strengthening provider and community resilience.

  • Dr. Tyler-Dawn Browning

    BOARD MEMBER

    Brings experience in psychiatric practice, research, clinical leadership, and the management of outpatient mental health services. She contributes an integrative clinical perspective to organizational strategy, program development, quality, and the Collective’s commitment to collaborative, evidence-informed care.

  • Leanna Orange

    BOARD MEMBER

    Brings experience in human resources, talent acquisition, project management, and nonprofit operations. She supports strategic planning, governance, project management, and organizational development with a people-first, systems-oriented approach focused on building a sustainable organization and meaningful community connections.

  • KELLI DION

    Kelli Dion

    BOARD MEMBER

    A master’s-prepared nurse and Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality with more than a decade of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety. She brings a systems and quality-focused perspective to governance, supporting thoughtful decision-making, organizational accountability, and the development of safe, sustainable community wellness initiatives.
